Ultravation, Inc. does not authorize anyone to sell its Indoor Air Quality products on the internet. They are sold legitimately only by licensed professional HVAC contractor/installers. Any product purchased and installed by any other means will not be installed with proper evaluation of the home, the HVAC system and the needs of the customer. Purchasing any Ultravation product though non-authorized sources WILL NOT be covered by the Ultravation warranty.
ANY retail outlet that is not a licensed HVAC contractor. Unauthorized sellers may appear on the internet, hosted by companies such as Amazon.com, Ebay.com and others. We do not authorize the sale of Ultravation IAQ equipment though these websites and those selling in this manner will be considered in direct violation of Ultravation distribution policies and such sellers may also be in violation of Ultravation’s intellectual property rights and/or trademarks and subject to legal action. To assist you, below is a partial list of known unauthorized sellers. We invite you to report any unauthorized sellers you may discover here.
Not every retailer that advertises Ultravation IAQ equipment is authorized to sell it. In fact, unauthorized sellers advertising Ultravation IAQ equipment may be selling counterfeit, used or damaged units; equipment not manufactured by Ultravation; and they may not in fact carry any Ultravation inventory at all. Consumers have reported receiving non-authentic products and even credit card fraud relating to attempts to purchase from unauthorized sellers.
Any licensed, professional heating and air conditioning contractor may sell and install Ultravation products to the retail market. We also invite you to find an Ultravation Authorized Contractor here.
